The BEECP programme began providing free support to businesses to help them improve energy efficiency in early 2017. The programme supported businesses through a free energy review and grant funding.

Successful Grant Applications

Below are some examples of grants awarded by BEECP;

Sailing Club saves 7.5 tonnes of carbon and £1,400 a year with upgraded heating and hot water system

“For some time we had identified that we needed to overhaul or replace our water heating system: our existing system was over 20 years old, energy inefficient and increasingly unreliable. PSP IT DEsign and development

Spalding based IT design and development company secure a grant of £1,200 for LED lighting upgrade

PSP invested over £4,700 in upgrading to LED lighting, and received a grant of just under £1,200 from BEE towards the investment. The grant enabled the project to go forward far sooner than it would otherwise have done, and PSP anticipate cost savings of around £815 per annum as well as a 3.2 tonne reduction in carbon emissions.
