Grant Funding still available to Cambridgeshire businesses
Grant Funding still available to Cambridgeshire businesses
Small and medium sized businesses in Cambridgeshire are able to access grant funding for an additional limited period, due to previous grant applicants not drawing down all of the money available to them.
Thanks to funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), BEECP has been offering fully funded energy efficiency reviews and grants towards the implementation of energy efficiency measures since Spring 2017. Interest in the grant scheme has increased significantly since the start of 2019 and the programme, delivered by Peterborough Environment City Trust (PECT), has now allocated over £390,000 worth of grants to businesses in the wider Cambridgeshire area.
Businesses who may be interested in grant funding are urged to get in touch with BEECP this week as the funding pot is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications MUST be completed by the end of November.
There are general eligibility criteria that need to be met to qualify for support from BEECP, but typically 95% of organisations contacting the programme are likely to be eligible. Interested parties can find out more and register their interest at www.beecp.org/sign-up or by emailing info@beecp.co.uk or calling 01733 882549
