This March, we introduce you to one of our energy advisers, Warren Pope

What is your favourite thing about working for the BEE project?

Meeting different companies and learning how their organisation works.

What is your background in energy efficiency?

Working on the fabric first approach to buildings, product development of low energy products and more recently undertaking ESOS assessments and working to ISO 50001.

What would your best piece of advice be to businesses?

Look at lights, water, space heating, monitor your energy use, especially when the building is shut down for the night.

Why do you feel it’s important for businesses to become greener?

Carbon is cash, the more you produce the more you pay for energy.

What would you be doing if you weren’t at the BEE project?

Some other energy related role.

If you could have any super power, what would you choose?
